Overview
The Baltoro Glacier Trek is the most iconic trekking route in the Karakoram, leading adventurers deep into the heart of the world’s highest concentration of 8,000m peaks.
Stretching over 60 km, the Baltoro Glacier is one of the largest outside the polar regions. Trekkers journey from the remote village of Askole, through alpine meadows, rugged moraines, and glacier paths to reach Concordia (4,691 m) — known as the Throne Room of the Mountain Gods.
At Concordia, trekkers are surrounded by giants: K2 (8,611 m), Broad Peak (8,051 m), and the Gasherbrum range. This is one of the most spectacular mountain amphitheaters in the world.
The trek combines breathtaking landscapes, cultural immersion in Baltistan, and raw adventure, making it a bucket-list journey for trekkers worldwide.
